Chef Ed started carving our pumpkin so we could roast the seeds, yum. The. We decided to continue carving the pumpkin into a Jack -O-Lantern using kid safe knives. Just in time for our night event.

Huge thanks to Ashly Cruz for showing up early today to judge our staff Halloween decorating contest. She braved the building and decided Maggie’s Den was utterly spectacular and Wing 2 nurses station was super creative with their IT theme and freaky clowns.

Road trip today to see the fall foliage along Rt 32. We made a pit stop at Flat Pennies Kitchen in Willington and had a delicious breakfast.
