Blessed Friday, y’all.
If you were with me in class yesterday you may have sore hamstrings and inner thighs. Try these recovery stretches: from Mountain step your feet mat-width apart, then fold forward. Let your head hang heavy and keep your knees soft. Take a few deep breaths. We’re stretching for muscle and fascia release here. Then take this same pose from sitting. Start with Staff pose, take your legs mat-width apart and fold your belly and ribs toward your toes. Release, hang loose and breathe🙏🏻
This should help with any tight sore muscles.
Tomorrow you can work on your leg-strengthening postures, Chair and Warrior I.

Mountain, Mountain Peak, Forward Fold and Chair.
Lift up to Mountain, step to Wide Angle Forward Fold. Breathe with every transition. Then release to a Supported Savasana.
