❗Now Accepting New Patients! We are a Federally Qualified Health Center with primary care services offered across five locations in Conroe, Grangerland, Spring, Willis and Huntsville.

We accept most private insurance, Medicaid, CHIP and Medicare as well as cash payments. We offer a sliding fee discount program based on eligibility.

At Lone Star Family Health Center, we welcome patients regardless of their ability to pay. We accept cash payments and offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program allows us to “slide” or reduce fees for eligible patients.
