In my Healthy Lifestyle Living Class on Sunday nights at 7:00pm CT, I've been teaching about the benefits of separating out your meals with carbs and fats.

This is an Carb/E Meal recipe I created, using Zeal. The key ingredient is Stabilized Rice Bran, which is the most nutritious food known on the planet. Zeal gives this frozen yogurt bowl a superb taste and extremely high nutrition. Zeal can also be used as an energy drink by adding it to water and ice. This is an easy snack that can be very filling and delicious 😊

This is a Carb/E Meal based on the Trim Healthy Mama food plan. 📝

Recipe:

🥛 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Milk - 1% Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk

✨ 1 Cup Plain Yogurt-- Fat Free Greek Yogurt

🫐 Frozen Berries--about 3/4 C

🍓 Zeal--1.5 scoops - Flavor of your choosing, but I use Wild berry.

Are you a black and white thinker? It can be really difficult to be on a wellness journey when you are.
