In my Healthy Lifestyle Living Class on Sunday nights at 7:00pm CT, I've been teaching about the benefits of separating out your meals with carbs and fats.

This is an Carb/E Meal recipe I created, using Zeal. The key ingredient is Stabilized Rice Bran, which is the most nutritious food known on the planet. Zeal gives this frozen yogurt bowl a superb taste and extremely high nutrition. Zeal can also be used as an energy drink by adding it to water and ice. Are you a black and white thinker? It can be really difficult to be on a wellness journey when you are.
