CUPS Drug Testing & Occupational Health is a locally owned collection site in Williston, ND. We are a member of DATIA and a DISA certified collection site.

The CUPS team has over 20 year's experience in the drug and alcohol testing field. All collectors are DOT certified and operate on the Lifeloc Phoenix 6.0 for all of our alcohol testing. CUPS now offers a Occupational Health Clinic. All providers are National Registry Certified to meet company standards. Services range from DOT physicals to Non-DOT physicals, audiometry, pulmonary function test, mask fitting, agility and more. CUPS also offers onsite testing when your company needs services but can not find time to make it into the clinic. If interested please call and and we can give you more information. One thing CUPS is very proud of is that for every test we perform a portion of the proceeds is given back to charitable organizations within our community. This helps us with our mission of "Giving Back, One Cup at a time."

Position 2: 7:30am-12:00pm Monday-Thursday
Position 3: 12:00pm-5:00pm Monday-Thursday

Duties include preforming drug and alcohol collections, pre-screening patients for DOT/Non-DOT Exams, mask fitting, pulmonary function testing, audio testing as well as additional occupational health duties. This position does require a current CNA in the State of North Dakota. Qualified candidates MUST be dependable, detail oriented, have a positive attitude, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Training will be provided.
