Dr. Hoffman didn’t start Skin Win just to build a clinic, he started it to close a gap.

During his time practicing in Fargo, ND he noticed something that stuck with him: many of his patients were traveling several hours just to receive dermatology care. That reality weighed heavily on his heart. Access to quality care shouldn’t depend on how far you’re willing or able to drive.

That’s what led to the creation of Skin Win in Williston.

What began as a mission to serve an underserved community quickly became something more. The overwhelming response and success in Williston confirmed what he already believed there is a real need for accessible, compassionate dermatology care in communities like these.

Today, Dr. Hoffman continues to expand that vision. Skin Win isn’t just about treating patients it’s about creating access, providing local jobs, and investing back into the communities it serves.

Because everyone deserves care close to home.
