I attended a class this past weekend that taught me a lot and opened up some new avenues to help with my own healing process. I am excited to add some of these things to my everyday practice!!! 🙌So good!!! 🙌 But also to let you know I offer a safe space to include trauma-informed massage therapy. It is designed to support your nervous system in finding balance and ease. My work creates a safe, grounding space where your body can soften, release stored tension, and gently reconnect with a sense of safety and calm. This approach is ideal for those navigating stress, overwhelm, or the lingering effects of past experiences.
