We have even MORE News Worth Sharing!! 🥳

BLNRC and Arbor House have monthly resident/tenant (aka "customer") survey's that are conducted by a third party company (Pinnacle). Pinnacle contacts residents/tenants or their family members to check in on the quality of care they are receiving. Questions range from the move in process, to food, to activities, to respect and dignity and more!

Each month both facilities receive feedback from current residents/tenants in order to help us ensure we continue quality care of our "customers". We are proud to once again receive awards this year for the experience we provide - one or both facilities have been awarded these honors since 2018!
