🎄Help us make the holidays brighter for teens in treatment! We’re collecting new, unwrapped gifts like crafts, books, board games, and cozy items for youth ages 13–17. If you’d like to spread a little extra Christmas cheer this year, we’d love your support! 🎁

'Tis the season where we see a lot of people questioning their relationship with alcohol. This grey area can be tricky because your brain wants to believe that alcohol is only a problem if it is 'every day' or 'you drink to get rid of your hangover'. The reality is that an unhealthy relationship also looks like:

-anticipating events that involve drinking more than events that don't
-planning your time around activities that include drinking versus not
-prioritizing time with friends who drink rather than people who don't
-planning your workload to be easy on the day(s) following a known opportunity to drink or after the weekend
-knowing you would not make it through a social event without having at least one drink
-telling yourself you'll make changes after the New Year

There's more of course...alcohol is sneaky like that. If you find yourself in a grey area, I would encourage you to reach out and talk with a professional or another recovering person. Sometimes we all need a little perspective when it comes to problem areas.

The comeback always starts in the chaos.

Not after rehab. Not after jail. Not after the apology.
Right in the thick of the wreckage—when you’re pi**ed, tired, numb, and ready to give up.

That’s where the fire starts. 🔥
That’s where the shift begins. ⛰️

So if you’re in the chaos… don’t tap out.

Your story isn’t over. Not even close. It’s just beginning.
