Kelley practices a therapeutic approach relying on a combination of massage techniques to increase blood flow to the muscles, joint flexibility and relieve common trigger points through a combination of Eastern and Western formats. Kelley studied at CCV and completed her studies at the Wellness Massage Center and Institute after which she became a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) in 2011 through NCBTMB. She has experience in Swedish, Relaxation, Reiki, Reflexology, Accupressure , Hot Stones and Myofascial techniques and; therefore, can customize the session to focus on areas that need specificl attention. Kelley’s personal practice is Ashtanga. She completed Teacher Trainings in 2004 with David Swenson, 2007 through Yoga Vermont and became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance in 200. She teaches a variety of styles from hatha, gentle stretching/breathing to more vigorous standing balance and seated posture work connected by active cardio-based vinyasa or flow.
