If you know someone who has had a stroke, and needs some regeneration in movement you may want to know about this, and also that The Feldenkrais Method has been of value in many instances!

Neurologists are exploring medications that would help the brain recover after a stroke or traumatic injury.

My advice (via Rilke!)
“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart…
Do not now seek the answers…
Live the questions now.
Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”

I teach Awareness Through Movement classes there. IF you are not a member, the day pass is $15 ($10 for seniors) and you get to go to as many classes as you can register for, use the pool and sauna and come to my class.
