When kids drink, alcohol affects their brains differently than mature adult brains.

Today is National Sibling Day
Siblings can offer significant health benefits by acting as
emotional buffers that reduce stress, loneliness, and depression. Positive sibling relationships are linked to higher self-esteem, better social skills, and improved mental health from childhood through adulthood. They also provide crucial social support, fostering greater resilience, particularly in navigating family crises or aging.
Reach out to your sibling and let them know how important they are to you!
