Online Group Gathering!

After many years of in-person gatherings and the request to bring this to women around the world, it is finally time. I invite you to join me for the next group online gathering of Sacred Honoring.

Sacred Honoring is the 7-week sacred journey of coming into an intimate conscious loving relationship with oneself as to live in integrity to one’s heart & soul.

Knowing how to honor ourself in sacred relationship to oneself & others, while cultivating inner self-love, compassion, peace & calm to restore connection to our bodies, hearts and Earth. This removes the obstacles that hinders ones growth to embody ones true value in the world.

Time- 5:30pm-7:00pm

It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself on here!

So, Hi 👋 I'm Dr. Catrina.

Over the last few years, the way I approach women’s health has evolved quite a bit. What I’ve come to see, both in my own lived experience and in practice is that so many women are doing everything “right" yet still feel like something is off. Many are in constant pursuit of the next wellness trend, the next flashy gadget or piece of equipment that might finally be the answer, yet never stop feeling like something is missing.

Hormones, weight, stress, burnout, fertility struggles. It’s often not just one thing. More often than not, it’s a nervous system that’s overwhelmed, a body that’s trying to keep up, and not enough support for what it’s being asked to do. It's a body that no longer has the capacity to carry what it once could.

Through that lens I am committed to helping women understand how their body is actually functioning and supporting it in a way that allows it to regulate and feel safe again. To help women rebuild and restore their capacity to be able to find themselves again.
