As we head into the new year, I want to take a moment to express how truly grateful I am for every single one of you who has supported my practice over the past three years. Your trust, loyalty, and word-of-mouth referrals have helped my small business grow more than I could have imagined.

Working with such motivated, health-focused individuals — from athletes to those simply striving to feel and move better — has been an honor. You inspire me to keep learning, improving, and giving my very best in every session.

Starting January 1st, 2026, there will be a small price adjustment to reflect the continued value and quality of care I aim to provide. This change will help me keep offering the best possible service, tools, and time to support your recovery and performance goals.
