Here are a few spooky-smart tips & tricks to keep your ears, nose, and throat healthy this season:
🦇 Avoid sticky or overly hard candy that can be tough on teeth & throat.
🎭 Make sure costumes and masks don’t block breathing.
🍬 Keep candy in moderation to prevent sore throats.
🕯️ Watch out for smoke from candles or bonfires if you have allergies or asthma.
