Vision Lab Part 2!

This was one of the most honest and heart opening gatherings I've ever hosted.

Last year was my first time leading a Vision Lab. I originally thought it would be one big experience...part one and two combined. But I quickly realized that the heart of part one was in our introductions.

These weren't your typical name and what you do intros.
They were raw, vulnerable, and emotional.

People cried. We saw each other.
And just like that, most of our time was spent simply meeting each other as we really are.

Yesterday's Gathering part 2 became the space where we finally got to go even deeper.
With each other AND ourselves.

We shared food we made ourselves.

We meditated, Sheila Kidwell guided us through a gentle reiki and inner child work while at the same time Andrea Limoges led us through a sound bath experience.

We talked, but not just surface level stuff. But the things you're "not supposed to talk about" with strangers or even sometimes your friends and family.

It was all so healing and real.

We created space for a taboo controversial and emotionally charged topics like: politics, s*x, gender, gun control, immigration, money, death, nothing was off limits here!

We laughed. We reflected. And we left feeling more connected to ourselves, to one another, and maybe even to what's in store for us in the future.

Thank you to everyone who showed up. I'll never forget it ❤️

It was truly inspiring to see everyone embracing the beautiful weather and pushing their limits at the Green Lake Road Race.
