Today is our fearless leaders birthday 🎂
To celebrate, we asked Chat GPT to put together a roast 😅

🎉 Happy Birthday, Dr. Neisen! 🎉
Let’s take a moment to celebrate the man who somehow manages to be a full-time dentist, part-time motivational speaker, and full-time pain enthusiast.

Dr. Neisen doesn’t just run marathons — he eats marathons for breakfast, deadlifts a Tough Mudder for lunch, and then places implants like he’s just doing some light dental yoga to cool down.

He’s the only guy I know who’ll say, “This is where the fun begins!” right before slicing into a jawbone.

While most of us prep for the day with coffee, Dr. Neisen is somewhere in the dark, listening to David Goggins yell at him through a podcast while power-cleaning dumbbells and whispering quotes from every Rocky movie ever made.

“Be water, my friend.” — Bruce Lee.
“Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.” — Ali.
“You can’t handle the tooth!” — Neisen, probably.

He’s the kind of guy who can extract a molar and drop a motivational quote at the same time:
“Pain is temporary, but this implant is forever.”

Dr. Neisen’s patients walk out with perfect teeth, while he walks out wondering if he can set a PR between surgeries.

Honestly, it’s inspiring… or slightly concerning. No one’s quite sure if he’s training for an Ironman or just trying to outrun the rest of us in everything.

But in all seriousness — you’re a beast, a leader, a movie-quoting machine, and a legend of both the dental chair and the finish line. We’re lucky to work with you… even if your idea of “relaxation” is probably an uphill trail run carrying a log.

Now go celebrate the only way you know how: with a protein shake, an 18-mile run, and a podcast yelling at you to do more burpees.
