This month, we’re highlighting two amazing team members whose compassion, dedication, and connection make a difference every day for residents, clients, and families. 💙

💙 Ayaan, CNA – Ayaan began their journey in the Culinary Department, where interactions with residents sparked a desire to provide direct care. Becoming a CNA allowed Ayaan to grow personally and professionally, finding fulfillment in bringing comfort and kindness to residents in meaningful ways. Every small moment of gratitude reminds Ayaan that their work truly matters.

💙 Shantel, DayBreak Assistant – Shantel joined Bethesda in 2020 and loves getting to know clients and hearing their stories. The connections she builds each day bring comfort, joy, and a strong sense of community for both clients and team members. Supporting others in meaningful ways inspires her every day.

A few of our Grand Gardens residents recently had the opportunity to paint their very own pots and plant seeds in them! From choosing colors to getting their hands in the soil, they learned so much along the way—and had a lot of fun doing it.

Moments like these bring creativity, connection, and a little extra joy to our days. We can’t wait to watch their plants (and smiles!) grow! 🌼💚

Today, we’re proud to recognize three incredible team members who each play a unique and meaningful role in supporting our residents, families, and one another. Their dedication, compassion, and connection make Bethesda a truly special place. 💙

💙 Jannelle, Accounts Receivable – Through her role, Jannelle has built meaningful relationships with residents and families, helping them navigate questions and feel supported. She finds fulfillment in making a positive impact while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

💙 Kris, Admissions Coordinator – With a background in social work, Kris is passionate about guiding residents and families through important life transitions. She finds the most meaning in offering reassurance, building connections, and being part of a team that feels like family.

💙 Hailey, Onboarding Specialist – Hailey began her journey at Bethesda in the café and now plays a key role in welcoming new team members. She finds purpose in supporting their growth, building relationships from day one, and helping create strong, compassionate teams.
