I checked out each of these reasons and this is what I found out...

#1 - Correct
#2 - Subway bread contains 10% sugar content while in Ireland to be qualified as bread, sugar content must be no more than 2%.
#3 - Correct
#4 - Taco Bell's meat is actually 88% beef. There was a lawsuit in 2011 claiming their meat was only 35%, but case dismissed when Taco Bell could prove their meat was 88% beef.
#5 - Correct
#6 - Yes, salads can have anywhere from 700-1000 calories. However, many fast food places have stopped carrying the salads.
#7 - Pretty accurate, however, even though Burger King's chicken patties have fake grill marks, their burgers marks are real from the flame broiled process.
#8 - Correct

So to sum it all up...let's keep fast food to a bare minimum for taking care of our bodies.
