*PROTECT CHIROPRACTIC CARE IN MINNESOTA!*

The MN Department of Human Services (DHS) is proposing to end chiropractic coverage for adults (21+) under Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare starting January 1, 2026.
That means thousands of Minnesotans could lose access to safe, effective, and affordable care pushing people toward opioids, ER visits, and expensive medical procedures instead.


We have until October 17, 2025 to speak up!

Urgent!

Starting in January, chiropractic will NOT be covered for people over age 21 and on Medicaid or MNCare. This is terrible. It will mean that some 20,000 poor, working poor and disable men and women will not be able to get chiropractic care in our state.

There is something you can and need to do. The Department of Human Services is taking comments about this until October 17, 2025. They need to feel a huge pushback, and God willing, we can get this undone.

1. Email a comment to dhs.spa.comments@state.mn.us. It
doesn't need to be long.
2. Have your staff make a comment.
3. Help your Medical Assistance and MNCare adults make a
comment. Briefly, how they will miss getting their care and
what it will mean for them.

Again, the deadline is October 17, 2025 so do not delay.

This is a wakeup call for chiropractic in Minnesota. If they can do this, they can take us out of commercial insurance and even auto.

Join the fight or be a victim. It is time for chiropractors to stand up for their patients and their practices. Make those comments today.
