This is not meant to be political, but to be a reminder about those around you who are struggling.
First - it’s January in Minnesota, we are all stressed due to lack of sun and shorter days. Add the current situation going on and people have short fuses, passionate views of all sorts.
Second - Today it is below zero with wind. Seeing the terror in a mother’s eyes at the grocery store with her child. She was the only non white person in the store. She was in a hurry. Her purchase was 2 bags of flour. I could see the worry on her face when I looked at her.
What would you do?
Discretely I paid for her 2 items and then told her to take her items, go home and be safe. She was shocked but greatful.
Less than $5, a smile and kindness goes a long way.

Hypnosis 101 Workshop
Starting 2026 early March.
(Official dates will be set upon teacher and student availability)
Excited to teach another 40 hour Hypnosis workshop.
We do lots of hands on practice, demos and have too much fun learning.
You will learn history, inductions, deepeners, what to do with the hypnotic state, and how to get people out of hypnosis. You will also learn several techniques you can use right away. And have several scripts to get you on your way.

No words to describe packing your dream away.
Finally bringing myself around to condensing my instructor and student materials.
Working on getting some of the paperwork the state needs.
Didn’t realized how down this got me.
Was sad to see the cheep hypnosis classes being offered by out of state folks. But they are just in it for the quick money.
Reworking my 40 hour class and connecting with instructors who will apply the hours towards certification if participants want to further their studies.
Only seeing existing clients for the month of January. I’ll take new clients starting in February 2026.
Watch for class dates in 2026
