Anyone else tired of multiple outfit changes (and laundry loads) every day because your little one is constantly spitting up? We get it, and we’re here to help!

Frequent spit-up and gassiness is often connected to stress within your baby’s nervous system. When that system is under tension, it interferes with how the brain and body communicate.

That interference impacts how the digestive system functions, showing up as reflux, spitting up, or discomfort.

Gentle, specific chiropractic care helps support your baby’s nervous system, allowing their body to function more efficiently and comfortably.

If you’ve been in the office, you’ve probably heard Dr. Tanner recommending heat to other practice members.
There’s a reason for that.
For years, we were told to reach for ice anytime something hurt. But the body doesn’t heal well in a slowed, restricted state—and that’s often what ice creates.
Heat, on the other hand, supports what your body is already trying to do. It brings in circulation, allows tissues to soften, and creates an environment where healing can actually happen.
Ice still has a time and place, especially in the very early stages of an acute injury. But for the day-to-day tension, stiffness, and chronic patterns we see so often—heat tends to be the better support.
As always, it’s not about quick fixes. It’s about working with your body, not against it. 🤍

🌱 Allergy season is here! If you’re dealing with sneezing, congestion, itchy eyes, and sinus pressure, your nervous system might need a little extra support. Your spine and nervous system work together to help your body adapt and respond to stress—including seasonal allergens.
Our adjustments help restore proper communication between the brain and body, which can support your body’s natural ability to function and adapt during allergy season. Many of our practice members notice improved sinus drainage and better overall wellness when their nervous system is functioning optimally!
Stay aligned, breathe easier, and enjoy the season a little more. 🌿

You’re doing everything right… and your child is still getting sick. 🤧

You’ve tried the vitamins.
The probiotics.
The elderberry.
The humidifier, the clean eating, the “immune boosters.”

And yet here you are again — another cold, another infection, another week of missed school, sleepless nights, and worrying if this is just how it’s going to be.

Every winter, parents are told it’s ‘just more germs.’

But that explanation doesn’t hold up when your child never fully recovers.

On March 5th, our PX Docs community is coming together with Dr. Tony Ebel for a free ‘Kick the Sick’ Webinar where he’ll be breaking down..

• Why some kids can’t “bounce back”
• Why immune support alone isn’t enough
• And how the nervous system is often the missing piece to real healing

If you’re tired of chasing symptoms and ready for answers that actually make sense, this FREE live webinar is for you.

March 5th at 7:00 PM CST

OUR PURPOSE

Compass Chiropractic is a pediatric and family-focused chiropractic clinic located in Willmar, MN. We specialize in caring for pregnant women, infants and children, and kids with neuro-developmental disorders such as autism, ADD/ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and anxiety.

In our office we utilize state-of-the-art nerve scanning technology to see how your body is functioning on a deeper level – then we create a care plan designed specifically to maximize the healing potential of your unique nervous system. These nerve scans also allow use to routinely check in and see the progress that your body is making throughout your care. We use gentle and specific adjustments to remove interference from the nervous system, allowing your body to heal and thrive as designed. Our technique is safe and gentle, requiring no twisting, turning, popping, or cracking - making adjustments especially comfortable for pregnant women and infants.

  • We believe in your body’s natural (innate) ability to heal; the power that made the body heals the body!

  • We believe in natural healthcare and empowered health decisions
