Licensed Massage Therapist and aspiring Wellness Entrepreneur alongside being Mama, Wife, Gardener, and Fitness Enthusiast. I am passionate about helping people find natural, alternative ways to heal their body whether that be through massage, nutrition, or fitness. I believe massage plays a necessary role in healing, recovery, and maintenance for optimal function. My bodywork style is both therapeutic and nurturing. I am honing my skills and intuitive touch to help powerfully unwind the body while helping your mind and spirit relax into the reset you need. I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Cuyahoga Community College in Highland Hills, Ohio. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2020 and am an insured member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). I am trained in various modalities including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release, Stretching, Orthopedic, and Chair Massage and am striving to become certified in more modalities in the coming months.

okay so here’s my graphic of the new hours lol …
let me help you make sense of it ✨

typical hours are
thursday/friday 11a until 5/6p
and saturday 7a-2p

for your planning, I do have weekly regulars that come in saturday between 8:30-11:30 so those hours are generally always unavailable.

thursday/friday will occasionally swap tuesday/monday with respective hours. this happens about once a month!
also once a month! I am open on one pre-determined sunday. that’s usually 8a-1p.

I realized I have spent many evenings away from my family over the last five years and would like to be home for dinner with them as much as possible so I’m trying not to work until 7p anymore… but I will extend one evening a week if I must ᵕ̈

♡ as always — trying to accommodate an ever-changing schedule with my kid while still remaining accessible to my client base I’m so grateful for!! feel free to reach out ♡
