Now is the best time to add some bitterness to your food choices. Drink some dandelion leaf tea. Its great gentle refresher and cleanser for your detox organs (kidney, bladder, pancreas, liver and lymph nodes. Add dandelion leaf to salads and cooked greens. Make a veggie broth with them too. From all the feasting of the paat and whats to come give your body something just for it.

As you enjoy your food and family take a lil measure to protect your body.

1. Make a flat leaf parsley tea before eating. It will prepare your digestive for all the food thats coming and give it a hit of nutrients.

2. After the itis passes make a cup of cilantro or flat leaf parsley tea. This will help pull out the toxins, relax your digestive, help your colon help balance your blood pressure and blood sugar and help your body during the digestive process. Bonus drink a cup of clove tea to help with parisites from the ham, turkey, greens and more.

3. The next sunrise before brushing your teeth put a few cloves and half a stick of cinnomon in a pot of spring water and slow simmer for 20min then ley it steep for another 20. This will help with parasites, blood pressure, inflammation, blood sugar and any stomach bugs.

Add natural raw honey to cooled teas to sweeten only as it has antimicrobrial, anti parastic plus it helps balamce blood sugar, blood pressure and more.
