What a wonderful outline of TRUTH bases in science. 🧬 Strength training is amazing for all humans- young and old, athlete or observer! The benefits to bone heath, metabolism, fitness, resting heart rate, and more are impactful! Mae sure you are finding a qualified professional to clear you to train (medical, license based please!) and a qualified guide for your programming (not YouTube videos 😂). Attitude shift for society should be that proactively maintaining health is as important and holds as much water as the stress when diagnosed with something that could be prevented! (you know, if you p**p- and everybody p**ps- you need to squat 😉)
