Join us in celebrating Jessica Erinolu as she marks her 2-year anniversary at Citadel of Wilmette! 🎉

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Jessica brings dedication, skill, and compassion to every shift. She says, “I feel good to be at a place that’s so professional and helpful. It makes my work pleasant.”

Her advice for anyone starting a career in healthcare: “Be hardworking, leave no stone unturned, and truly know what you do. If you do that, you will do well and make a real impact.”

Jessica is proud of how far she’s come and continues to push herself to provide the best care. “I want to keep growing, bringing the best care, and making people better!”

If she had to describe her journey at Citadel of Wilmette in one word, it would be “terrific.”

“I achieve everything I need here, I love the residents, and I find purpose in every day,” she shares.

Superstars in action! Celebrating National Activity Professionals Week at Citadel of Wilmette. 🌟

When asked what she loves most about her work, Leticia Dominguez, Activities Director, shares:

"I love spending time with our residents! It is special to connect with them face-to-face and learn about each of their abilities. I have been part of the activities department for about 10 years, and whether I am running programs or creating them, I love what I do."

When asked what makes this team so exceptional, Leticia adds:

"I tell my team they are incredible! Each person has their own unique skill. Whether leading a group, connecting one-on-one, or guiding physical activities, watching the joy and engagement they bring to our residents is inspiring."

Celebrating Lori Henry’s 3-year anniversary at Citadel of Wilmette! 🎉

As our Receptionist, Lori loves what she does and says it feels good to be here. She enjoys being the first friendly face people see, taking time to connect with visitors, staff, and residents, and making sure everyone feels welcomed the moment they walk through the door.

Her advice for anyone considering a career in healthcare:
"You have to lead with empathy, care, and patience. Some days can be challenging, but the work is also very rewarding."

One thing Lori is especially proud of is the connections she builds each day. From kind words to warm hugs from visitors and team members, those interactions remind her that even small moments can make a real difference.

If she had to describe her journey here in one word, it would be “Impactful.” She loves working with people, meeting new faces, and having a role that allows her to do a variety of things each day.
