Biofield Alignment/Tuning is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that works with the body’s energetic field. Using a handheld crystal singing bowl and tuning forks, therapeutic sound frequencies are directed around and over the body to help clear, balance, and restore energetic flow.

As the bowl or tuning forks are played, their vibrations interact with your biofield, helping to shift stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and bring the body back into a state of harmonic flow.
