Balance Chiropractic is the only office in Delaware that uses the Torque Release Technique (torquerelease.com).

Balance Chiropractic & Dr. Tobi Sheiker offer full chiropractic services using torque release, mindfulness, infrared sauna, medical grade supplements, and low level laser Dr. Tobi Sheiker uses a small handheld instrument to gently reposition the spinal bones that are stretching or twisting spinal nerves. Misaligned vertebrae, back bones, can block the messages being sent from the brain to the body by the spinal nerves. Over time this may create pain, numbness, muscle weakness and spasm, postural abnormalities, sensory issues, limited mobility and overall dysfunction. All techniques of chiropractic attempt to restore this disturbance without the use of drugs or surgery, but TRT does it in a manner that is extremely attractive to those that are fearful of chiropractic or even have rods, fusions, or are very sensitive. This technique is ideal for all, but especially for those who desire a gentle approach or an alternative to traditional chiropractic.

The class consists of a brief mindfulness introduction, breathing exercises followed by a guided meditative journey. The topic will vary from class to class. Dress in comfortable clothes. Mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, weighted lap blankets, and zero gravity chairs provided. Classes are open to all levels and all are welcome!

Space is limited. This month, please sign up by replying to this email and I will make sure you are registered. Dr. Tobi is away this week (11/10 - 11/17) so registration through the website or by phone will not be received while she is away. I look forward to seeing you. 🥰
