There was something truly special about this past Sunday at Terra Sol✨
What unfolded during the sound bath went beyond deep relaxation… it opened something.
So many of you shared how emotional the experience felt. Like waves moving through, like something long held finally had space to be felt and released.

Moments like that always stay with me. They remind me that sound doesn’t just soothe the body. It speaks directly to the ♥️.
There was a tenderness in the room. A quiet courage. A willingness to feel and let go.

To those who were there, thank you for showing up so fully, just as you are. It’s an honor to hold that space with you✨
If you felt something shift, soften or move within you… trust that. The ripples continues.

Spring is coming and I can feel our plants energy rising. A sign that it’s almost time to take them out to bathe in the sun (indirect for some) or to be planted.
I’ve never been a plant mom but quite proud that I’ve been able to keep all of them healthy.
If one of you has knowledge about how to care about a bird of paradise plant, hit me up. I might have a couple of questions.

I think early mornings at the beach will always be my favorite. We arrived to see the morning mist evaporating while watching the surfers riding waves. A few people had been there sitting, facing the water while others just like us were walking their dogs or jogging.
We literally went from winter to summer weather here. I’ll take summer every day ✨🌊🐬

Sound healers gotta love their space and make it work. No matter how big or small, bright or dark, noisy or peaceful, it is our space to work with.
I’ve been missing my Denver studio a lot but it’s time to put the grief aside and be grateful for this new space.

It’s pretty rare when my babies come to me and ask for a session. A few days ago, Sienna came to my office and sat in the chair. She already had an eye mask in her hand and was ready to receive. I didn’t ask why and simply offered.
She was out in a matter of minutes and had the best rest ever. Afterwards she said she felt a lot lighter and relaxed.

All these years of healing work around them have made them so aware of their bodies. They know what herb to use when needed and turn to sound as easily.
Makes me quite happy;)💗

What would you use if you had to fight a cough that might keep you up at night?
In our household we use a Red Thyme, Eucalyptus and Lavender salve.
Why lavender? To relax the nervous system. Yes, your nervous system has something to do with how fast you heal. It is when you relax that healing occurs.
Eucalyptus for its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which can help alleviate cough, colds and congestion.
Red Thyme for its anti-spasmodic and expectorant properties.
It is the queen salve for the winter months :)
