Half Sun Salutations for Grounding.

This gentle flow is a wonderful way to connect your mind to the breath and your body to the Earth. Allow this simple practice to meet you where you are by making any adjustments that feel good to your body. Fold only as far as your body enjoys, and even consider bringing a couple of blocks into your practice. Or maybe you would even like to do this seated. Just omit the half forward fold and allow your body to fold towards your lap for the full forward fold.

You can do this flow on your mat (or in a chair) inside or outside. If you’re outside, kick off your shoes and let your feet make direct contact with the Earth. Feel the warmth of the Sun on your face each time you rise, even if you’re just imagining it.
