Boost your mind and body! Walk, stretch, and take a moment to breathe and reflect. Celebrate how far you’ve come and get ready for the next chapter of your wellness journey.
Goal: Combine movement with mindfulness for overall wellness.
Day 1: 10-minute walk + 5 minutes mindful breathing
Day 2: 15-minute walk
Day 3: 20-minute walk + 5 minutes stretching
Day 4: 25-minute walk
Day 5: 30-minute walk + 5 minutes mindful breathing
Day 6: 30-minute walk
Day 7: 30-minute walk + 5 minutes of stretch

Mindful Breathing Tip: While you walk, try syncing your breath with your steps. Inhale gently through your nose for a count of 3 steps, then exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 steps. Focus on the sensation of each breath and each step to stay present and boost your sense of calm. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath and your movement.
