A consistent gratitude practice has been shown to change neural pathways, resulting in reduced stress and anxiety, improved emotion regulation, resilience and mood, higher self esteem, greater compassion for self and others, thus improved quality of relationships and overall quality of life.
Today, we take the time to pause and reflect on all that we are grateful for. For you. For community. For making it through the tough times. For this space that has held so many beautiful people and powerful moments. For the strength to keep going. For softening. For love. For life. May you be blessed, may you know peace, may you know love, and may you be well. Today, and all days. ππ
