Help us welcome Grace Lesh to Our Team!

Grace Lesh is a recent graduate from University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Stroudsburg University. Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Grace is excited to be in Wilmington and enjoy the warmer weather and sunshine. Grace has gained clinical experience across a variety of clinical settings, including an elementary school, private practice, and children’s hospital. She has also enjoyed working with adults in acute care and rehabilitation settings. These diverse experiences have helped shape her approach to providing individualized, patient-centered care. Grace is passionate about supporting individual’s communication development and ensuring that communication needs are met in meaningful, functional opportunities. In her free time, she loves to run, go on long beach walks, try new restaurants and coffee shops, and spend time with her family and friends.

My 1st career fair as an employer and Dawson's first as an employee and alumni! We had a great time meeting with staff, students, and vendors at NCCU SLP Career Fair!

I am completely inspired by the women from Wilmington who particpated at GLOW Academy's Cool Women Hot Jobs and the young ladies that attended. I am honored to be able to give back to our community and look forward to participating in this event next year!
