Turns out our therapy dogs don’t just support your nervous system… they’re elite-level athletes.

From co-regulation diving to zoomie sprints to heavyweight snugglelifting, the competition was fierce. Judges were unbiased (unless belly rubs were involved).

Teens deserve a space where they don’t have to pretend they’re fine. 💓

Our Teen Support Group (ages 11–17) is a small, supportive space to build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and connect with peers who truly get it. And yes — our therapy dogs will be there for extra comfort, grounding, and tail wags along the way 🐾

✨ 8-week group
✨ Beginning March 3
✨ Tuesdays 6–7 PM
✨ $40 per session
✨ Capped at just 7 members
