Slightly sunburned from a weekend of yardwork - had to bring some flower love to the office! To be clear: I was only outside 5% of the time my husband was, but still managed to burn ☀️

Loving this spring weather and the energy that comes along with it! Gardening is incredibly rewarding and can also cause some back soreness. Don’t let your pain linger too long! See your favorite chiropractor this week!

Just a few misconceptions about musculoskeletal pain during pregnancy. As a mother herself, and a chiropractor in practice for more than 15 years, these are still things Dr. Holly hears all the time! Chiropractic care is a wonderful option for keeping you active and comfortable during pregnancy.

Optimal fetal positioning and birth prep is a physical event! Hands-on gentle chiropractic care is incredibly safe (after an exam is performed to make sure!).

Results vary: but the truth is *most* patients feel SO MUCH BETTER when they walk out of the chiropractic office!

Family 5k! Our kiddo signed up for a run club program this semester, which was training for a 5k. My husband has been running more this year, and our oldest showed *some* interest earlier this fall, but didn’t keep up with practice the last few weeks. I didn’t train at all, but joined them in case he didn’t keep up. The boys did great, finishing together, and I had time to myself to walk/jog the flat course on UNCW campus 🤣

It’s the little things in life. Here’s your daily reminder to take a posture break. It’s crucial to your spinal health!

My favorite way to take a break while at home is to take a lap around our yard - enjoying the flowers in the garden! Fresh air, sunlight and getting some steps in are all good for your physical and mental health.

Airlie Gardens resident day! New Hanover County residents enter free on the 1st Sunday of the month. This September morning it was hot, banana spiders are out, and a few encore azaleas are blooming! Under the magnolias and pines it’s great in the shade gardens!

Final excursion in Thailand: Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya. A temple still under construction - all hand carved wooden structures and figures, displaying ideal societies and tenants of life. I couldn’t help but to zoom in on the aspects surrounding the importance of family and support the mother, children and parents as the life cycle progresses!

Dr. Holly is currently traveling back, and is expected to be back in the U.S. tomorrow!
