There’s a gift in the comments. 😉🥳💜

I’ve been quietly running an end-of-year enrollment
D I S C O U N T
for Quantum Journeys Hypnosis™ Academy since December 15th.

No big countdown clocks. No rooftop shouting.Just trusting that the right people would find it when the timing felt right.

Except that Today is the last day! 😳

So this is simply me making sure that if you’ve been sitting on the sidelines, quietly following my work, waiting for the right moment… you don’t miss it.

For some of you, this is a new year, new career moment. A call toward work that’s more soul-nourishing, meaningful, and aligned with who you’ve become.

For others, it’s new year, new approach. You’re already practicing. You’ve trained in multiple modalities. You’re brilliant. But you’ve been looking for something that actually weaves everything together instead of forcing you to fragment yourself or choose sides.

That’s exactly why QJHA exists.

Quantum Journeys Hypnosis™ Academy is a board-accredited program through the International Hypnosis Association (IHA) and offers dual certification. Graduates earn the title Certified Quantum Journeys Hypnotist, and through reciprocity, are also eligible for a second credential as a Certified Hypnotherapist, recognized globally.

It is the only hypnotherapy training I know of that is truly equal parts clinical and spiritual, with a strong foundation in applied psychology and biopsychology, alongside directed energy work and expanded-consciousness approaches.

A very high percentage of people who enroll do so after experiencing a Quantum Journeys session themselves. That’s how powerful this work is.

If that sounds arrogant, it isn’t. I stand in awe of this program daily.

Much of it was channeled through me, yes, but nothing was shared until it was rigorously tested through hundreds of real client sessions. What wasn’t channeled came from years of formal study, multiple hypnosis schools (all credited in the curriculum), and direct 1:1 mentorship with hypnotherapy legend Roy Hunter, prior to his stroke.

This program is also designed to heal you.

There are mandatory practice sessions, both giving and receiving, because embodiment matters. Twice a year, students also have the opportunity to step into live training, either online or in person.

And one of my favorite parts:

I intentionally built QJHA to honor and integrate any other trainings you already have.

I created this program in response to the scarcity-based, fear-driven rhetoric that says, “Never combine methods. Never merge approaches. Never use anything but ours.”

Hard pass.

You’ve invested time, money, and devotion into your learning. It is not my place to ask you to pretend those skills don’t exist. I celebrate them. They make you better, not less legitimate.

This work is meant to uplift humanity, not divide us further.

One last thing, because my highest self is feeling generous and very clear about getting these methods into the world where they’re needed most:

If the $555 off still doesn’t make this accessible for you, reply directly to this email. We’ll come up with something together.

And yes, it’s not uncommon for students to discover things they never expected along the way.

Improved intuition through direct communication with their own highest consciousness.
Trance channeling abilities.
Natural entity release skills.
Medical intuition and energy healing gifts.
Evidential mediumship.
And profound healing of chronic emotional and physical patterns they once believed they’d just have to live with.

Myself included.

You truly never know what will be remembered and reactivated when you step into this work.

Happy New Year.
Let’s make 2026 a year of evolution in every way, on every level, for the benefit of the entire world.

With deep respect,
Kryssa 💫

Some Reflections On Reincarnation

There’s a fear, for some, that if we accept reincarnation as truth, then a single human life somehow matters less.

I see it VERY differently.

Believing in multiple lifetimes doesn’t make this one disposable any more than an artist’s second or tenth painting diminishes the value of each piece. No two works are the same. Each is shaped by a specific moment, intention, and set of conditions that will never exist again.

In that same way, this life, this body, this perspective is singular. It has never existed before and never will again in this *exact form*.

Reincarnation doesn’t remove sacredness at all. It multiplies it! ♾️

And I think there’s a gentle caution worth naming for those of us who have experienced, do believe in or are curious about other lifetimes (past as well as parallel- which is far more common than I would have ever known if not for my Hypnotherapy client’s experiences): it’s easy to get so focused on who we’ve been or who we might be elsewhere that we forget the primary invitation of being alive. 😬

It’s not to escape this incarnation or to rush toward the next or get sucked into theories on how to escape the cycle. 🤨

It’s to inhabit THIS LIFE fully.

Or, as Ram Dass so simply reminded us:

BE.

HERE.

NOW.

This body. This breath. This particular wave of grief, love, courage, confusion, pain, joy and perpetual becoming.

Yes, please explore your past lives. Sure, peek sideways into your parallel ones as long as it’s in your highest good to do so.

Just please don’t get so lost in the cosmic archive that you forget why you’re here. 🙏

And on that note, the greatest gift I’ve personally received from remembering so many of my other lifetimes is that of intense, all encompassing GRATITUDE.

As in, it’s really hard to get overly upset by the inconveniences of modern life when I recall how much harder it was when there was no indoor plumbing! Or, to be frustrated with my physical body’s aches and pains when I recall being riddled with leprosy. Or, and this one makes me chuckle a bit- deciding not to have children in one life because having them before was heartbreaking. Then not having children in another life and feeling heartbroken because I thought was missing out. 🤦‍♀️

Each lifetime enhances the souls experience. If you’re not happy with the trajectory of your current life, don’t try to escape it or fantasize about ending it. Curate it instead. Create something with it. Make it meaningful.

You ARE the artist. And the architect. And you are here now to do just that. 🎁

Most therapeutic and personal growth models emphasize insight, regulation, or reprocessing. Understand the pattern. Calm the nervous system. Revisit the memory. Replace the belief.

All of these can be helpful, but on their own, they often fail to produce lasting change. How do I know? Because I was stuck in the therapeutic self-help cycle for decades.

What was missing was agency!

The nervous system is not primarily concerned with truth or even accuracy. Even though our mind believes that to be of utmost importance, it is in fact WRONG! And worse yet, can actually make things worse by constantly trying to ‘get to the truth’.

The nervous system is concerned with survivability and influence. On a moment-to-moment level, the system is constantly asking whether it can affect what happens next. When the answer is no, the brain predicts helplessness. When the answer becomes yes, prediction changes.

This is why people can fully understand their trauma, regulate their emotions, and still feel stuck. 🫣

Insight does not automatically restore agency. Regulation does not equal authorship.

Agency is the system’s *felt sense* that it can participate in shaping outcomes, and that sense has to be experienced, not reasoned into existence.

Without agency, safety is conditional.

The nervous system remains vigilant because it cannot trust that choice will be available under pressure. This is also why meaning alone doesn’t always heal.

The most powerful shifts are rarely verbal. You can’t talk your into them. They emerge through sensation, imagery, impulse, posture, and emotional tone. This is why purely cognitive therapeutic approaches can feel like trying to steer a ship by debating with the map.

And this is where hypnosis changes the equation. In altered states, agency can be experienced without confrontation. The nervous system isn’t forced to relive the past or explain itself. It is invited to relate differently to what happened.

Choice becomes experiential rather than conceptual!

A client doesn’t just understand that they were powerless then and capable now. They feel themselves choosing now.

That single felt shift often does more than years of analysis, because the brain updates its predictions based on experienced agency, not explanation.

This is also where work with expanded or multidimensional states of awareness becomes relevant.

Human experience is not generated by the brain in isolation. Meaning is shaped by the entire informational field a person inhabits, including bodily sensation, autonomic response, relational dynamics, symbolic imagery, intuition, and perspectives that feel larger than the individual self.

Agency is restored at a level deeper than intellectual narrative.

When that happens, the system stops asking What happened to me? and begins asking Who am I now?
That shift alone alters everything.

Another myth we’ve quietly absorbed is that healing happens by revisiting the past until it loses its charge. But the bra...

Another myth we’ve quietly absorbed is that healing happens by revisiting the past until it loses its charge.
But the brain doesn’t heal by replaying old footage.

It heals by updating meaning.

In fact, each recall is an act of reconstruction not recollection!!

The brain doesn’t retrieve the past so much as it reconstructs it in the present, using current emotional tone, beliefs, and expectations.

This is why simply remembering something doesn’t resolve it, even after gaining insight into the maladaptive ways we once used to make sense of it.

Emotions are constructed predictions.
They are how the brain assigns significance, relevance, and urgency.
If an experience was encoded with danger, shame, or helplessness, the brain continues to predict those states forward, even when the original context is long gone.

👉 But here’s where a purely brain-based model stops short.

Human experience is not generated by the brain in isolation.

Meaning is shaped not only by neural activity, but by the entire informational field a person inhabits: body sensations, autonomic responses, relational dynamics, symbolic imagery, intuition, and what many would call transpersonal or multidimensional awareness.

In practice, this means healing often occurs outside linear cognition.

When working holistically, the brain becomes one interpreter among many.

The body contributes information the mind never learned to articulate.
The emotional field carries signals about safety, coherence, and readiness.
The subconscious offers narrative, symbolism, and memory beyond chronological time.
And expanded states of awareness allow the system to access meaning without needing to reason its way there.

This is why healing is often rapid when coherence appears.

When meaning reorganizes, the emotional signal shifts.
When the emotional signal shifts, the brain updates its predictions.
When predictions update, the body stops preparing for a threat that no longer exists.

Not because the past disappeared.
But because the system learned something new.

This reframes healing in a profound way:

You are not repairing a broken memory.
You are updating an outdated model of reality.

Once meaning changes,
memory follows.

I used to think emotions were reactions.

Something that happened after the event. After the trigger. After the thought.

Years of working with hypno clients has taught me otherwise.

I can’t tell you how many sessions I’ve witnessed where someone’s emotional state arrived before anything “made sense.” The body knew first. The feeling was already there long before the story caught up.

One moment that stands out:
A client went completely still in trance. No distress. No memory surfacing. Just a quiet heaviness in the chest.

When I asked what the feeling was, they said, “My body is just… informing me.”

That concept stayed with me.

Neuroscience now backs this up. Research shows that emotions aren’t irrational add-ons to thinking — they’re part of how the brain predicts reality. Feelings help the nervous system decide what matters, what’s safe, and what requires attention.

Emotion isn’t the interruption. It’s the signal.

Seen this way, emotions are less like moods and more like tuning forks. They set the frequency your system uses to interpret the world.

When someone lives in chronic fear or vigilance, their brain predicts threat and perception organizes itself around that expectation. When emotional tone shifts toward safety, curiosity, or coherence, perception shifts too.

Not because the world suddenly changed. But because the meaning did.

This is why healing isn’t about “getting rid” of emotions. And it’s why bypassing them never works for long.

In hypnosis, when emotional tone changes, everything changes with it. The brain updates its predictions. The body softens. The story loosens its grip.

What I’ve come to believe is this:
Emotion has never been the problem. It’s been the interface. It’s the signal…the receiver and amplifier. And we can change the station !

The question isn’t how to suppress what we feel. It’s how to listen well enough to retune it.

I’m curious…
Have you ever noticed a moment when a feeling arrived before the explanation?

I had a moment in a session recently that stopped me in my tracks.

A client was describing a familiar pattern — walking into a room and immediately bracing. Shoulders tight. Breath shallow. Nervous system already preparing for something to go wrong… even though nothing actually was wrong.

So, I asked, “What are you expecting to happen right now?”

They paused. Then laughed a little sadly and said, “I guess… I’m expecting danger. Even when there isn’t any.”

That moment right there is the predictive brain in action.

Neuroscience now tells us that the brain isn’t passively receiving reality — it’s constantly predicting it. According to researchers like Lisa Feldman Barrett, perception works more like a simulation than a camera. Your brain anticipates what it thinks is about to happen, then uses sensory input to adjust the story just enough to keep it coherent.

So we don’t actually experience the world as it is.
We experience what our brain expects.

Which explains so much, doesn’t it?

Why two people can live through the same event and come away with entirely different realities.

(An example I often use is being on a bus when it nearly crashes. One person might walk off feeling so grateful to have survived that they commit to living their best life ever right in that moment. Another person might survive the exact same incident but walk away with the belief that the world is scary place full of threats and retreat into their home never to emerge again. They both experienced the same traumatic event, but have it dramatically different meanings.)

This explains why old emotional patterns keep recreating themselves.
Why “just thinking positive” doesn’t work — because the nervous system doesn’t speak in affirmations. It speaks in predictions.

In hypnosis, when someone drops into a deeply relaxed state, something remarkable happens. The brain becomes more flexible. Less certain. More willing to revise its expectations.

In that session I mentioned above, as the client’s nervous system settled, their body literally softened. Their breathing changed. Their face changed. And when I asked again what they expected to happen next, the answer was different.

“I’m actually kind of excited to see what might happen next,” they said.

That wasn’t positive thinking. That was a prediction update.

And once the brain accepts a new prediction — safety instead of threat, ease instead of vigilance — reality reorganizes around it. Physiology follows. Emotion follows. Behavior follows.

How much of what we call “reality” is actually memory rehearsing itself forward.

And how much healing is really just teaching the brain that the present moment is not the past.

I help my clients find the Glimmers in Day-to-day life, because the crazy thing is that live RIGHT NEXT to the Triggers. It’s all a matter of what we expect, and what we look for.

I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Have you ever noticed how expectation shapes your experience — even before anything happens?

THANKFUL was my word of the year. And I didn’t choose it lightly.

I’m thankful for the clients who trusted the process.
The students who showed up curious, skeptical, brave, and willing.
The moments where science met mystery and something clicked.

I’m endlessly thankful for Quantum Journeys Hypnosis™ Academy because it represents what I wish had existed when I was first searching for real answers, not spiritual bypassing, not rigid dogma, not cookie-cutter scripts.

QJHA trains hypnotists to:

• work ethically and skillfully with real humans
• integrate neuroscience, subconscious reconsolidation, and expanded states of awareness
• follow the client’s experience instead of forcing an agenda
• hold space for profound transformation without ego or theatrics
• practice internationally, confidently, and responsibly

If you’ve felt the pull to do this work the right way…
If you want depth, rigor, and soul in the same room…
If your nervous system says “yes” even while your mind asks questions…

I’m offering $555 off tuition as an end-of-year thank-you.
