We want to challenge you with thinking about how you’ll set your goals for the week and how you might be able to incorporate a piece of wellness practice to your day/week. This could be taking a walk with your own four-legged friend, practicing mindfulness, or reading for 15 min before bed. Let us know how you’re planning to take care of yourself this week or let a friend/family member know so you can be supported to meet your goal(s)!
