Crocodile is a deeply restorative pose that looks simple but has powerful effects on both body and mind. It’s often used as a resting posture between backbends or at the end of practice. I use it at the beginning of all my yoga classes because it is super supportive, and you can literally just let go and 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘒𝘡𝘩𝘦. ⁣

π‡πžπ«πž 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐑𝐞 π›πžπ§πžπŸπ’π­π¬ 𝐨𝐟 π‚π«π¨πœπ¨ππ’π₯𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐞:⁣

Crow Pose might look intimidating. But it's one we can all do with modification. The pose is really about trust, focus, and finding your balance one breath at a time. πŸ’œβ£

You don’t need to be a gymnast or super strong to try it. With the right setup (and a few smart modifications I show you in my video), anyone can start exploring this pose safely and confidently.⁣
⁣
Crow strengthens your arms, core, and wrists while teaching you how to engage your body with intention. It improves your balance and opens up those hips. As a bonus, it’s amazing for building courage and concentration.⁣

So roll out your mat, take a deep breath, and try it. You might surprise yourself with what you can do when you balance strength with presence. πŸ’œβ£
