Headstand (of course!)
Dottie loves headstand because it’s a powerful reminder that fear and intimidating challenges can be conquered with consistent work, patience, and desire.

Her playlists are delightfully eclectic! Dottie leans toward old rock but loves matching music to the theme of the sequence for an extra layer of fun and intention.

Join Jen Ryan for a 2-hour workshop exploring heart-opening backbends and an introduction to arm balancing. We’ll break things down, build strength, and work with curiosity, not perfection.

This workshop is all about:
💛 Opening the front body safely
💪 Building strength for backbends & balances
🌀 Learning the foundations of arm balancing
✨ Gaining confidence to explore new shapes

This special session blends a gentle Slow Flow practice with Thai Yoga Massage — a fully clothed, hands-on healing practice where the practitioner guides your body through supported stretches and applies rhythmic pressure along energy lines.

✨ Slow, mindful movement to warm the body
✨ No oil
✨ No table — practiced on a mat
✨ Deeply relaxing yet energizing

Often called “lazy yoga,” Thai Yoga Massage allows you to receive the movement, helping the nervous system unwind and the body soften. Paired with Slow Flow, this experience is grounding, nourishing, and accessible to all levels.
