This week I thought we might enjoy spending time with our breath during out Daily Affirmations.

Day 1: The breath is my compass, guiding me home.

“With each inhale, I arrive. With each exhale, I soften.”

Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Feel the rise and fall. Let your shoulders drop.

This quote elegantly captures the essence of yoga: the balance between dynamic practice and the inner quietude it cultivates. It reminds us that while we move through asanas, the true transformation often happens in the stillness of the mind. At Wilmington Yoga Collective, we offer you the opportunity to discover this transformation in several ways with several guides. Where will you cultivate stillness this week?

✨Schedule note: Chair Yoga with Tammy on Monday is on pause as Aging Up will be closed. Don’t worry, though. Tammy is also offering Chair Yoga at Aging Up on Thursdays as well!
