Santa isn't the only one making lists this year! If you (or your child) are wearing braces this holiday season, here is your cheat sheet to keep your smile safe and avoid emergency visits.

❌ THE NAUGHTY LIST (Avoid these!):
• Candy Canes & Hard Peppermints (Reviewer of brackets!) 🔨
• Sticky Toffee & Caramels (They trap sugar and pull wires)
• Popcorn & Nuts (Dangerous for gum health)
• Ice Cubes (Don't crunch them!)

✅ THE NICE LIST (Enjoy these!):
• Hot Cocoa & Soft Marshmallows ☕
• Soft Sugar Cookies & Gingerbread (without hard icing) 🍪
