P T by The Sea PT by the Sea is a full service physical therapy practice located in Wilmington, NC. We also offer fitness, Pilates and yoga classes.

We serve the residents of Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and surrounding areas. We provide one-on-one care with each patient for their entire 45 minute session. Our primary service is physical therapy with a special emphasis on wellness including fitness, pilates and yoga. Our on-site facility includes a gym, yoga room, pilates studio and individual treatment rooms.
