I believe most know that music is good for the soul, and your body, especially if you're dancing 🕺. But did you know that music is good for your mental health? It's true!

Whether we passively listen to our favorite songs or actively engage in music-making by singing or playing instruments, music 🎷🎸🎹🎶 can have a profound influence on our socio-emotional development and overall well-being.

Recent research suggests that music engagement not only shapes our personal and cultural identities but also plays a role in mood regulation.

This is why I have chosen to sponsor Frankie and the Moonlighters on January 24th. It's January, the holidays have passed, it's cold, no sign of spring....yet. come and sing along, dance, be entertained and maybe, just maybe, you'll leave with a better mood, feeling lighter and happier.

Indeed I do! It's Friday and for some, this is a reason to be joyful. For others, it is seeing a beautiful sunrise, sunset, nature, exercise.
I find great joy in watching the hummingbirds stop by.
What joy have you found today? Let's hear it! Who knows, perhaps reading about others joy may bring someone else joy.
