We work on shoulders, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles-all the joints that quite literally keep you moving.

In the office, we use a mix of:
• Adjustments
• Soft tissue therapies (scraping, dry needling, pin & stretch and more)
• Tailored rehab exercises

This combo helps improve movement, reduce pain, and actually see results!!
