Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center was honored to welcome Mark Gogal from the North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association (NCHCFA) Building Culture Leaders Program for an impactful leadership training experience with our team. The program focuses on strengthening leadership skills to better support direct‑care staff and enhance the quality of care provided to our residents.

Mark was warmly welcomed by team members and residents, along with a special performance by the Carver Marching Yellow Jackets, which set an inspiring tone for the visit.

We’re grateful for this educational opportunity through NCHCFA and for the motivation it brought to our team as we continue implementing best practices every day.

The Pavilion Health Center had a wonderful time participating in the Brightmore of South Charlotte Health Fair.

At our interactive table, guests were invited to create their own personalized scents using essential oils inspired by nature. Each blend was bottled into a convenient roller to take home and enjoy. 🍃🌿

Crystal Hofstetter is celebrating 10 years with Liberty Health!

“I have the privilege of serving at Quail Haven in Pinehurst, NC. I started with Liberty in 2016 as the Director of Nursing and spent five years in that role before stepping into the administrator position — right in the middle of COVID. (Apparently, I like a good challenge!)

What has kept me here all these years is simple: integrity. The company’s values and ethics truly align with my own. And it’s not just something framed on a wall or tucked inside a handbook on page six— it’s something leadership actually lives out every day. That matters to me.

During COVID and beyond, I saw firsthand what real support looks like. There were long days, tough decisions, and more conference calls than I can count — but I was never alone. The support from leadership and fellow administrators has been genuine and consistent. In long-term care, that kind of backing isn’t just nice to have — it’s essential.
