What an amazing weekend...I just completed a two day class in Craniosacral Therapy with a great group of people. Over the weekend, we learned some amazing things but I also got to experience the theraputic benefits myself, that this modality has to offer. I am so very excited to be able to incorporate these techniques into our sessions!
