Shopping Days 4U Evolution Energetics
Intergenerational Energy Healing System
Unlocking your true potential. As a result, we feel lighter, healthier and happier.

Evolution Energetics is an intergenerational coaching and energy healing system that reverses the epigenetic damage to the DNA. These changes happen to our genes as a result of environmental trauma. The coaching aspect of the system helps us discover what needs to be healed. We can then use the healing energy to raise the vibrational frequency, which is the foundation of all health. By integrating ancient wisdom and modern science, we unlock the secrets to our healing and highest potential.

Back in 2017, I asked my sister to contribute to a piece I was writing for Reiki News Magazine.. Here is what she had to say:

“Healing yourself is the most loving thing you can do for those around you because you have the ability to be more compassionate, caring, and loving. We become our true higher selves and only want the best for our loved ones and friends, which starts with being the best person we can be.”

Those two sentences contain the story of how she healed herself, how she healed her family, and how she helped to bring more love and peace to her corner of her community. Over the last eight years, she had studied five healing systems, attaining the level of master in three. On July 14th, she passed away unexpectedly of a heart attack.

Together, we healed physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We had always wanted to work together. Someday. When she could retire from her career as a recruiter. We talked about a podcast. It was going to be called “Soul Sisters.” We dreamed of helping to create a better world, where love and peace paved the way to better days. For us. For our families. For our world.

As I reflected on this, feeling sad that we never got the chance to work together, my son noticed the sadness in my face and said “Remember Mom: She’s still alive. She’s just in the energy.” This is how our family functions: by reminding each other of the truth of our existence. The physical body may cease to exist, but consciousness, and love, are eternal. It is all in the energy.

Together, my sister and I brought our mother, her daughter, and my husband into energy healing. Together, we had done the work to heal our family. Together, we broke cycles of intergenerational trauma. In my niece’s eulogy, she said that the last few years were the happiest their family had. By healing herself, my sister had given her family a great gift: that of being the best she could be. For herself. For her family. For our family. This is Laura’s legacy.

The name Laura represents the embodiment of victory and strength. The name Daphne, from ancient Greek, carries the same meaning. Last weekend I taught a healing course. On the way out the door, I decided to slip her sandals on. She had worn these sandals last summer on a trip to Greece. In these sandals, she had journeyed through ancient temples, over hills, and up Meteora’s mountains. She had gazed out at the brilliant blue of the Aegean below the ramparts of Rhodes, stopping to have her daughter take the picture above.

As I walked in Laura’s shoes, I could feel her energy with me. That morning, I found a dragonfly in my bathroom. It”s wings were stuck on the drain, so I lifted them out. It crawled onto my hand and let me carry it outside, then flew away. It was the second one I had seen in the house, so I knew it was a message from Laura. As I taught the class, I could feel her energy and hear her guiding me. We were working together. So now, I journey forward, in my sister’s shoes, as we work together to realize our dream.

In the foundations course, students learn how to tap into the quantum field for energetic self care, including how to ground their energy with the tree of life, connect to their higher selves through the rainbow bridge, shield and clear their energy with ultraviolet fire, as well as how to raise their vibration and anchor it to a higher vibrational frequency with two other symbols. Students also learn about Epigenetics in the foundations class. In addition to our own trauma, we inherit epigenetic mutations that have changed the way our genes function as a result of the environment that our ancestors lived in.

We heal in layers. The first layer is our physical body. It is the densest part of us energetically. In addition to Epigenetics, we inherit genetic predispositions to nutritional deficiencies, issues with detoxification, and mitochondrial defects that disrupt our bodies' ability to generate ATP, or energy.

As a result, we end up with imbalances in many bodily systems that create a cascade of dysfunction, weakening our immune systems, creating imbalances in our hormones, brain chemistry, and countless other vital functions. In the physical healing course, students learn six symbols that address all of these issues.

The next layer is our emotional body. It is more energetic in nature, but dense emotions do affect our physical health. It is now commonly recognized that Adverse Childhood Experiences, or ACEs, are linked to over four dozen diseases. Students learn how to heal the emotional body, relationships, and trauma by using six more symbols in the emotional healing course.

The next layer is our spiritual bodies. These house the experiences from this life as well as past lives. These past experiences, including traumas, can be the root of phobias and emotional triggers that can not be explained by events in this life. Just as the emotional body intersects with the physical body, the spiritual body intersects with the emotional body.

In the spiritual healing course, students receive six more symbols that facilitate the healing of past life relationships and traumas, the removal of blocks that are preventing the highest outcome for career, relationships, and fulfillment in this life, and the creation of a path to fulfilling the soul's purpose in this lifetime for themselves and their clients.

About Our Family

I am a Family Life Coach and Educator, as well as a featured expert on DrLaura.com. Through my W.H.O.L.E.™ Family Wellness Approach, I help families find better health, more happiness, and a greater sense of peace. John and I met while working together at the U.S. Attorney’s Office. I was a victim witness specialist. In that role, I counseled traumatized victims of violent crime and helped prepare them to testify in federal trials. It was during this experience that I learned how critical the parental and educational environment is to determining the course of one's life. John and I married in the summer of 2008, and I was blessed to become a stepmom to two boys who accepted me with open arms. I had a strong desire to be part of the solution in the lives of our youth, so I decided to go back to school to acquire my teaching certification. I was a high school English teacher for five years and served as the coordinator for the AVID program at my school. AVID is a program that prepares students who need extra support to be college ready when they graduate. We had high success rates, and I enjoyed deep bonds with my colleagues and students. I had to leave teaching when my son Garrett was born with Choanal Atresia. It is a rare condition in which a baby is born unable to breath through their nose. He had his first surgery at ten days old and his second at six weeks. It is a difficult condition to manage because the nose will re-close after each surgery, but stays open a bit more each time. He is now three and has had five surgeries to date and will need at least one more. At the age of 2 1/2, after his 5th surgery, Garrett developed an auto-immune disease. His doctor prescribed medication, but it wasn't enough. To augment his treatment, we created a holistic program with extra emphasis on whole foods, holistic healing, and time outdoors. We also discovered that he is sensitive to dairy and found ways to get him the nutrients he needed without dairy in his diet. His auto-immune process has now halted. Our journey with our son's illness has been the catalyst for the W.H.O. in the W.H.O.L.E. Family Approach. Our son is spirited and strong-willed, but he is also sensitive. We have been told many times that he will make a great leader someday, and we've always thought "That's great, but we need help NOW!" Learning to parent consciously, recognizing our son's need to express himself without crushing his spirit while also setting limits has been the catalyst for the L and the E: cultivating self love, love for others, and healthy empathy. What our journey has reinforced for us is that we have an incredible opportunity as parents to raise children who can bring more health, happiness, and peace to our human family. However, we can only do that if we put our oxygen mask on first. Now our passion is supporting parents in finding their oxygen masks so that we can collectively breathe life into the next generation.Qualifications:
