2️⃣ "What does your support system look like?" We want to know who is in your corner, from friends, family, to community groups. Recovery and wellness are rarely a solo journey.

3️⃣ "How are your sleep and energy levels?" Mental health is physical health. We look at the "basics" to see how your body is reacting to stress or chemical imbalances.

4️⃣ "What have you tried in the past?" Whether it’s previous therapy, medication, or personal coping habits, knowing what worked (or didn't) helps us skip the trial and error.

5️⃣ "What are your goals for treatment?" This is the most important one. We want to know what "getting better" looks like to you specifically.
