I been on the fitness grind for a long time!
I remember the 1st time I was in Laney high weightroom and Coach Blood walked in and a guy had his baseball hat on and coach Blood looked at him and said, "Take yo hat off in my church!.. this is my church, ain't no hats on in my church!"..
Well, I got my own church now baby!👊🏿
Starting Monday I will officially be located @ TEFLON MUSCLE&FITNESS LLC. TRAINING STUDIO- (address) 102 Old Eastwood Road building E-1.
I will be opening Monday-Friday @ 6am for clients and training sessions. And ill be opening on Saturdays and Sundays @ 8am.
