: The heart of BCCS is our people. Every single person on our team is a passionate professional committed to hope, healing, and impact. Today, we’re featuring one of our Nurse Coordinators, Ferlande Sylvain, LPN.💙

Starting her journey at BCCS helped Ferlande realize that addiction hits closer to home than she once thought. She continues to choose this work because she believes in people, second chances, and real change. Stories like this are what make our mission real.
